Look below, where he's sworn to stalk me, interfere in discussions, spread his quackery about sampling, etc, and said that he'll be there, no matter what, no matter when, to disrupt attempts at education.There's nothing to do with this particular quack but force him on the defensive and keep him there.
He claims that a slide deck that's been seen by about 1000 people, quite a few of them who build the devices, is wrong in ways that imply your CD player won't work, the codec in your telephone won't work, the modem in your cell phone, cable modem, etc, won't work, and so on.
The evidence against his position is overwhelming, relentless, and just about omnipresent in the modern world.
But, go read below. He has sworn to relentlessly follow me around, spreading quackery and nonsense relentlessly.
In short, he has announced, publically, that he fully intends to cause my reputation harm, that he intends to push ME into a corner and then assassinate the very thing that I make a living with, and if possible to bankrupt me. I suppose he'd try to steal my wife, too, except that she'd pick him up and throw him so far he wouldn't come down in the same gravity well...
He declared total, absolute war to the end, Ted, and said as much.
The board management hasn't reigned him in, so I have no choice.
I didn't decide "him or me", he did, and he has relentlessly stalked me, spreading abject nonsense left and right, accusing me of being a fraud, and so on.
He declared war.
Not me, he declared war.
If you don't want a war, GET RID OF HIM.
