I have not asked you for a cent.I told somebody they had to pay for the ITU standard, and as it turns out, they can get a limited number of copies for free, which is good, so that's not even the case.
I'm not the ITU, and they don't give me any money when they sell a copy of a standard.
It is true that if I'm going to do a rigorous test design for somebody, it won't be for free. It's a lot of painstaking work. However, I'm not at liberty to hire out, so that's moot, as I have previously said.
Your attack is a lie. It is dishonest, inaccurate, and malicious.
Retract it.
