BS1116.1 is an international standard. The standards organization SELLS it to stay in business. It's not a moneymaker.It's also pretty clear that you're utterly ignorant about when an "appeal to authority" is a fallacy.
Appealing to the best-known experts in a field is not a fallacy.
I suggest that you stop lying about what I said ("And saying I will tell why I am right if you pay for it is totally beyond the pale.") immediately, as well.
