Hi.Circuit breaker panel normally don't need servicing unless there is a power breakedown strong enough to blow the circuit breakers.
Also if the panel is indoor at room temperature, where comes the temp
variation?Of course, it does not stop you do some inspection & touch-up from time to time provided you know what you are doing.
I know some city local codes request the home owner to check insulation levels of the overall AC line wiring periodically say onces every 3 years or so for old houses.
I still recall insulation reistance test of the AC line wiring was carried out in my dad's house, not too old in fact, once every few years by an licensed electrical technician who would then file a report to the authority.
Play safe is better than regret.
