Yes. The DR15 is horn loaded to about 100Hz, below that operating as bass reflex. The vent can go on that panel. Tuba 30 for instance is horn loaded to 45 Hz, direct radiator for an octave below that. Time align is roughly a ms per foot of horn length. With subs don't lose sleep over it, in the non-directional frequencies you can't hear less than 25ms. With DR15 to align with HF elements 3ms.
