The mics you mentioned all have issues like noise, big peaks, hissiness, or inability to take spl, or off axis coloration. Spring for a few bucks more to get a much better Mic. the Studio Projects c1 is great for the money at 200, and the Cascade VX20 can be had for about the same. If you could manage it, try to get a used Blue Baby Bottle on Ebay - they can be had under 400 and they smoke a lot of very classy mics. Also, every studio should have an SM57 or 2.

I stay away from the cheap Rode Mics - the ones I've heard were so bright they hurt. (I heard a rumor they fix that in the newer mid line mics like the K2). If you live near New York or Go there try going to the B&H Photo audition room where you can hear dozens of mics from cheap to very expensive under excellent conditions.
