Budget Recording Mics

Pro studio recording equipment and music production/industry.

Hello All:
I am setting up a project studio in my home and need recomendations for a small group of inexpensive condensor mics.
What I am considering so far:
Rode NT1-A for primary vocals and acoustic guitar. Also in this price range are the Audio-Technica AT3035, AKG Perception 200, and the MXL 960 (Tube) or MXL 992.
Behringer B-1 for secondary vocals, instrument amps and acoustic instruments. Also in this range is the Audio-Technica AT2020, M-Audio Nova and the MXL V63M.
Pair of MXL 990 and/or 993 for general use vocal to drums. Not much else in this price range except SM-57s which I already have a few of for stage use.
I would love to hear from anybody/everybody who has experience with any of these mics!
