Megga Sound 18" woofer --info please

I picked up a pair of these today. They have EE010 and TF-181 on the back of the magnet. What kind of quality are these? Power handling? Good frequency range/crossover point. I was thinking of using them in a 2 way system with a pair of Yamaha JA42808 horn drivers.
