many thanks for all the details - a buddy asked and think confused Tuba 18 with 24 (as typo) - so 24 is one may need to try for PA work to ditch 18" reflexlost 24 issue - lol - is Peerless xls suitable for Tuba 24 without EQ? - or can one get better compromise for less $ ?
