Like all the rest of the Behringer stuff it's German engineering out of a Chinese factory to arrive at a very favorable performance/price ratio. Three years ago the competition scoffed at the notion; now they're scrambling for their own Chinese sources. The amps are too new for there to be much experience with them yet, but the Behringer track record with the rest of their line has shown them to be more than competitive at their price points.
