I had a Counterpoint Sa 220, had Mike from Alta Vista fix it when it blew up.
I sold it before I got the 801's.
It was a powerful amp.
Yes, the 801's can sing, but they are fussy.
They cant have any harshness in the chain, or they will let you know.
I can get another Ashly, and was going to bridge em ?
1300 wpc into 4 ohms, that ought to light the 801's up, huh ?
I an very impressed with the Ashly so far, but just on the 801's.
The Horns and it arent terrible, but i prefer my smaller amp on the Horns.
