TOA?

I would be much obliged if someone could tell me about TOA equipment and its suitability for use in a multipurpose auditorium. A charitable organization here in Karachi is redoing its space and thinking about using TOA speakers, mixers, etc. because of its easy availability. Is it reliable and does it sound good or would you recommend we look into some other reasonably priced brands?
