I know that was the request, but I have not seen a mellotron since the early 70's. The problems with them are the tape loop that runs in them. The tape had a sample (analog recording) of strings, or brass. The sound was made by turning the sound on and off with a keyboard. Take heart, a modern digital keyboard is much the same thing, except the sound is recorded on a microchip, and is looped in the same way, only smoother. The mellotron sound can be recreated on such a keyboard.
