Thats what Beringher would have you believe! I use a fair number of Beringher products, most of which represent excellent value for money. There mixing desk, looks uncanilly like a Mackie, but it doesn't sound the same, although it represents good value. I would audition these speakers to see if they are good value for money at their price point, not on the basis that they are a cheap Mackie clone, because I would bet they aren't. This industry is like any other, remeber the old maxim, "theres no such thing as a free lunch."Roland
