Re: looking for good sounding 24/96(192)...

Hmmm.. good advices, I think about the same as you RBP.
I have a little room where I have my computer, Im doing some very simple guitar/song that I like to record. I also like to listen to my HD580s when I sitt by my computer.
In the livingroom there is a high quality 2-channel, recently updated with SACD (XB940).

Hmmmm... I wonder how long it will take before afordable DSD recording gear, is on the market.

Heeeeeeelp... I almost HATE to make all those desiscions when uppgrading audio.

The Gina20 I have now sounds very good to my ears but, it would bee kinda nice to have DSD recording.. hmm.. I dont know.

Echo have a really nice 24/96 (was it Mona?) a rack unit with 4 mic inputs, balanced/single ended input/output, headphone out, six analog out could be a cost effective solution for me as I dont have any good stuff at all, only the computer. This way I only need some good mics to get super mega sound(I believe).

Huh! my head hurts, later...

/Peter
