Thank's, but it seems I've gone a slightly different direction. Shopping on Christmas Eve is a total panic. I wound up getting an old Yamaha RM804 mixer & Akai DR-4 hard disk recorder. I just hope the Akai isn't too old, but the price was in my budget. The Yamaha is supposed to have a nice warm sound. Much still to learn. So, I'll keep researching mics, something like an AT ATM33a has been suggested.Richard :)
