You're best off to go DIY on this quest. For the most part pro-sound line array speakers are made/sold as relatively small individual cabinets that are stacked/hung to the desired array height for the application; your $3k could get you a pair of speakers, but not a full array of them. The only speaker I can think of off hand possibly meeting your requirement is the Bose line source, and I can't recommend them.
