Upchipping my console

Pro studio recording equipment and music production/industry.

I've been hearing about these Burr Brown IC's and have read some posts about getting consoles upgraded to these. First, is the sonic clarity that much better. Second where can i get my board upchipped and about how much does it cost? If anyone knows anything about this please let me know!
