Well, I have, but not for long. I found (using EV SH1502ER cabinets) that the compression driver was very fatiguing in a short amount of time. As the EV's you mention have a horn lens with a 90x40 the highs are much more focused at the listening chair. At first it seems that there is more detail, but for me I realized that the balance was way off. Having owned a sound company for many years I had the opportunity to try many different sets of speakers, but none of the "Pro" systems have proven to be as good as my home VMPS tower IIr's.Al
