An Ampex MX10 used the 6267 wired as a triode and a mic incput transformer made by Beyer. You could also use either a Jensen or a Lars Lundahl transformer. The conbo of the transformer and the 6267 gave about 40db of gain. I'm sure you could find the schematic on the Web at the Ampex museum. Just use the Bogen power supply and change the input and output circuitry. The best! James
