Best (and cheapest) way to record to computer?

Pro studio recording equipment and music production/industry.

Im 15, and starting a band with some friends. I play guitar, and have some audio editing software (cakewalk sonar 2.0 XL). We are planning to use a computer for now, due to the lack of a drum kit, and a bass player. We also want to play techno/ industrial music, and need a way to add in samples, and digital sounds. What would be the best way to record the vocals, and guitar lines to the computer, for the least amount of money?
