At the same location? Bottom line is that there is more drawing on this circuit than just your rig; something else somewhere in the building, and/or the breaker inside is small. Is it a 20 amp breaker? What else is possibly on line with it? Try turning things on in stages, without out having the conditioner turn it all on at once. Obviously with whatever loads are there, the breaker doesn't like it. Also, is the exterior outlet a GFI? More problems there. If nothing else, just run a heavy cord inside.
