I'm looking for a burner with a bit more flexibility than "consumer' decks. My budget is $500 new so the beautiful Alesis MasterLink 9600 is out of the question. I need something that will allow me to adjust levels manually from ANY source, digital or analog, and preferably one that takes audio and data CDR's. The only two I've been able to find in my price range are the Tascam CDRW-700 and the Marantz CDR631. If anyone has experience with either of these decks I'd appreciate your insights. If you know of anywhere that has good deals or where I could perhaps find a used one in good condition I'd appreciate that as well.Any other models you might recommend are welcome.
Thanks,
Bill
