Yes I have, it works good, but since I like to edit and really correct problems....I prefer a wave editor...as far as a DAT relacement..not too shabby. These days using 24 and 32 bit...I am spoiled, but see how it sounds on your system. Hopefully it will do what you want it to do..
It will work!Quality sounds great providing you have a quiet mic pre, or go in digitally, or have a great analog input on your card.
The key is to have zero noise...if possible.
