No I have not heard it, but I suppose it is a decent piece....primary use for MP3's, it's wave storage should be equivalent to a portable 6 gig Hard drive.
Figure if the corcuitry for output (analog) is quiet, you have a winner.
Does it have a digital output? If it does, and it is SPDIF, then I would consider it to be a killer deal.
The limitations will be the quality of the D/A, and the predrive electronics being noise free.
If it has a signal to noise ratio of 90dB ...you are there!
Have not listened though.
Everything I have heard that was by creative labs has been well built and a good value.
