The problem with both is that neither is a true 2 way stereo, or 3 way mono. Both offer adjustable XO and volume for the mids, but both only provide volume control of the high frequencies. Buyer beware.

Now DBX does have a 234XL which is supposed to be a true 3 way, and Behringer offers the DCX 2496, but both are considerably more expensive.
