RE: Recording At Home, Hardware And Software That's Easy To Use

Good morning Doublej!
I've plade around with Gold Wave before.
I found two things wrong with it.
#1. the record button is kind of hard to get to.
#2. you can't exactly see the tracks.
And if I had a third reason, it doesn't do DSD.
Studio recorder can record music.
But, it is as Gold Wave.
It doesn't do DSD either.
I'm looking for a hardware software combo that will allow me to do everything that I want to do with it.
But the software part of it, has to be screen reader friendly.
I'm in to high rez audio like DSD.
This will keep me from using a third party audio file converter to make DSD files.
I'm wanting to get the feel of recording, and editing DSD files.
But not just from old records and tapes, but also recording live bands.
My goll is, to make the DSD recordings, and put them down on SACD's.
My computer is sat up to do that.
I just don't have the correct hardware and software to do this yet.
This is why I'm looking for it.
Thanks in advance!
