I use Adobe Audition and have been very pleased with it's pop and click removal capabilities. If the material from LP is in very good shape, I remove the relatively few pops and clicks with the manual "Fill Single Click Now" feature. The processing of entire tracks or albums is also quite good, but you have to be careful with closely miked brass, for example. However, just make sure you have the "undo" feature enabled and listen to the processed album before you commit.
