In Reply to: Clicks and pops, I finally found a solution for Foobar playback in Windows posted by Nirmalanow on December 26, 2006 at 07:27:28:
at least with their cards -I'm using a digital crossover - sometimes when I start up a listening session it'll have trouble syncing -
If I reboot the Digital crossover it will usually sync up and not be an issue again.
When I went to Winamp - direct sound out - that eliminated much of the Clicks and pops, in addition to sounding better.
