There are people who believe that 'bit perfect' is perfect. Not so. Replays depend on the software and hardware used, not a black box devoid of the algorythm and program code.Problem is the lack of transparency in what the various players do, and how good the interfaces are. People who believe in bit perfect audio as being ultimate do not take into account the electronic requitrements for faithful reproduction such as impedance matching, power supply quality etc etc.
