How does the squeezebox do when compared to a DAC similar to a Wadia.
My intention is USB M-Audio into a Wadia 830 CDP (you can just use the DAC portion of this unit).
Wonder if anyone has compared combos similar to this .
In your case, your Squeezebox 3 was only a little better than the Denon player, so I am going to assume that the Squeezebox might have more of a stretch to better the Wadia. (no offense against Denon).
Anyone have any similar comparisons?
Then of course, modding the Squeezebox may be a closer comparison.
