Trying to find out whether an MP-1 would work well using two outputs derived from its single XLR out. The XLR out of the MP-1 would be connected to a balanced Merlin BBAM (40Kohm input impedance). For the second output to a Velodyne DD-15 sub (47Kohm input impedance), I could use a custom split IC borrowing XLR hot/ground, or an external isolation transformer across XLR hot/cold. Combined impedance would thus be about 23K. Is this a legal configuration? Thanks,
Dave
