I would assume that the HV supply of the S30 makes +/-300V. Therefore the voltage at the plate of the top tube in the cascode that has to be AC coupled to the driver stage is probably at somewhere around 200V, give or take 50V. Not good for a 200V capacitor. Ralph will probably tell you not to do it, unless I am way off in my estimation of the voltage, but I doubt that I am. You want a wide safety margin in this application, so not less than 400V or even 600V isn't a crazy idea. You could use two of the Russian caps in series, but then your capacitance drops to half the value of one cap.
