Lew is correct - 200V isn't high enough. The steady-state plate voltage is usually a bit less than 200V, but the caps will see +325 at turn on, until the heaters have come up.Don't do it. If these caps short out, it means a loss of bias in the output section. And by 'loss of bias' I mean that the output tube grids could actually go strongly *positive*.
400V is a minimum, for this location.
