You've pretty much run the gamut of my favorite resistors. I've not verified it personally, but M Percy says that the TF020 is the lowest noise resistor made by Caddock. If he is correct, I am not sure why the MM series would sound any better, but it's worth a try if Ralph says so. The other dark horse that you have not listed but that is noted below are the super low noise TX series, from the folks who purportedly make the "nude Vishay". A friend who owns the MP1 has replaced many nude Vishays with the TX25XX series, and he says he can hear a difference in favor of the latter.
