RE: KSS 100/100 OTL schematic

I have some questions regarding the power supply. It appears that the driver stage is run from +365 volts (not 48v referred to in your first posting). Where does the "-365v bias" come from or go? Finally, what is the +/- voltage shown connected to the output tubes?
