I did some searching around and found one reference to the Einstein OTLs in which the circuit was described as a "cross-coupled anode circuit," designed by Ralf Weiler (sp?). There were no details other than it is supposed to differ somewhat from the Circlotron. I don't know where this particular writer got his/her information, but I've been unable to find any elaboration on the design. Any guesses?
