Looking for any good info or intro to OTL

OTL, Output Transformerless Amplifier User Group.

Hi all. As the topic states, I am trying to find some info - like a beginner's introduction - to OTL amps. What makes them different to other amps, benefits, drawbacks, sonic characteristics etc.
If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
