Nice of your wife to clean your tubes for you! Does she take them out of the sockets each time? I dont think thats a good idea, sooner or later pins will bend and/or socket wear out. I really don't think that is what Ralph means by treating them right. I think it's better to leave them and have a thick layer of dust than take them out and insert them too often. Why dont you clean them yourself?
