Cree will only accept large quantity direct purchases. You will need to buy your diodes from a distributor like Tube Builder.

The CSD06060A is suitable for the driver supplies in all but the MA-2. It's good for all preamplifier supplies, except for the filament rectifiers.

I plan to test the 20 amp devices in the output supplies when they become available. Meanwhile, based on discussions with Cree and our calculations, we've come to the conclusion that the 10 amp devices are not sufficient for long-term reliability in the output supplies, especially when extra capacitance is added. Also, adding such diodes to the output supplies is well past the point of diminishing returns. Switching noise in not such an issue in the output supplies, so the jury is out. I've found conventional, large, silicon bridges, with .01 ceramic bypasses, to be quite good in this application.
