I've done the same, albeit with their CSD10060A diodes. As you say, the amps sound wonderful with this mod. Encouraged by the improvement with my M60s, I did my MP-3 as well, replacing all three HexFRED bridges with the Cree Schottkys. The improvement in the MP-3 is massive, exceeding the benefit seen with the M60s.With the Crees everywhere, there have been a number of times where I've been stunned by "What was THAT I just heard ?" in very familiar pieces of music.
I haven't done my M60 output supplies yet (they currently use IXYS 4-in-1 FRED bridges mounted to the chassis), as I haven't figured out how to best heatsink the Schottkys in that application.
They are truly quiet.
