If you're referring to the exhibit at CES, I agree with you. The speaker wasn't nearly right for the amps, among other things. I heard what Valin heard as he sat in the row in front of me, handing CDs to the rep to play. Valin's article is far off the mark, in my opinion. On the other hand, the $40k Rockport Antares, shown at the recent NYC show, is said to be an excellent match for the Tenors - the Antares have only one midrange and woofer each. Driving the Hyperions, the Tenors ran out of steam.
