I just wanted to post a follow-up. After giving the tubes only 50 hours to burn in, they sound incredible! Three matched pairs of '50s Tung-sols were a little pricey but worth every cent.BTW: I can't believe how much better my system sounds with the S-30. Formerly I was using a 9w 300b SET (Wavelength Duetto) which is no slouch. But, more open, natural, dare I say REAL... Wow, my hats off to Atma-sphere.
