I just purchased a new MP-3 preamp and it is causing a very audible buzz through my speakers (8 ohm, 90 dB sensitivity). It is hooked up to M 60 amps and the preamp is grounded. The buzz is 60Hz and related hamonics. The buzz exist with a source hooked up or with the input shorted. I am using a line input currently. I did not have this problem with my previous preamp hooked up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
