Saying my meter 'sticks' is not correct. What it does is rise rapidly and stops suddenly at 400. No adjustment can be made to move it further. When I release the bias switch it falls normally to 0. If I can use my digital volt meter instead, that would be great. Unless, of course, something is wrong internally. However, the amplifier sounds terrific and appears to be operating normally.
