Gather up as many CDs as you can fit into the freezer and keep them there for 48 hours. Then remove them from freezer and put them into the main fridge to thaw slowly for 6 hours. Next, take the CDs back to their original location. Next, play a CD that was NOT frozen. See if that doesn't sound better than before. You can do this in stages, say 50 CDs at a time, the more CDs that get frozen the better the sound will be for CDs that weren't frozen. All CDs will sound better.The corollary to the CD Freezer Tweak is always store your CDs in the vertical position, the sound you get from any CD or LP will be appreciably better than if you store them horizontally.
