What I did was find the proper tight fitting stainless steel washer to plug the hole. I don't remember the size but you should be able to get something similar from an ACE hardware store. A little epoxy and 2 pieces of paper for insulation and that is basically it. I did resolder the leadouts for the tweeter to make them a little smaller so there would be less chance of the leads shorting against the stainless washers.
I highly recommend a dial caliper to measure the washer height to leadout clearance. Be sure to check for any shorts too. I guess I figured out how to do multiple pics in a post too :)
