I dont have any data sheet or specs. Though I did some search for you and saw some info here (there are 2 pictures of the rca 9449 there:You can also search in forum here - just put in 9449 - it came up with quite a few results.
I listened to lot of vintage fullrange and always come back to 9449. That seduce tone sure hook me .........
