Have you tried an XO consisting of capacitors and inductors (coils) ? Also, if you're using L-Pads on MR & Tweeter legs for voicing the speakers get rid of them, they can cause distortion. Simplest way to do so is to first voice the spkrs. with inexpensive L-Pads and read resistance of both coils and replace them with high quality fixed R's.Happy Listening !
