vint pio. 301 w cast frame, beeg (great googly moogly) horsehoe mag structure, invert 1/2 roll cloth surround. 94 db (+ a half?), lil under six ohms. Haven't run the Stereophile II disc since install in baffle (but did out of the box/on floor when they arrived/impressive on tones to 10k). Full, balanced, tunefull/musical, shoot ... even transparent. Cast bullet horn tweets, same origin/vintage (just invert model number). Mild/patient experimentation has paid off well for me.
